I have been on a journey for many years without realizing it.   As a bird instinctively knows how to fly, I was born with a gift; to give, love and help others.   What I have done all my life has come from deep within me--from my essence, my soul.   I now know that we are all on a journey homeward.   All roads lead home.   This is my story, and since all souls are connected, it is our story. This book is a mirror.   You will see your reflection in these pages.   Pay special attention to where you see yourself.   You may find that your weaknesses are also your strengths.   This information is important.   It will help you many times.   Remember, we are all suffering:  some physically, some emotionally, some spiritually. We are all trying to find our way home again, back to a time when everything was O.K.

It may appear that this is a book about bees.   It is much more.   This is a book about healing, healing the whole person--body, mind and spirit.   This is a book about healing your life.   We all have a hole within us; an empty place, that yearns to be filled--to be healed.   This book is your companion on your healing journey.   It will help you when you are hurting, confused, discouraged and even when you're hopeful.
